Sherry Malhotra is the Founder of Malson Consultancy, a premium executive search and leadership advisory firm based in New Delhi. With extensive experience across recruitment, talent acquisition and business development, Sherry brings a distinctive understanding of people, leadership and organisational needs to every search.
Her career began internationally with Red Bull in Oman, where she started as an intern and was subsequently promoted to Sales & Marketing Executive in recognition of her performance and commitment. On returning to India, she was campus-hired by the Times of India and became the first Sales Officer for its new venture, Indiatimes Travel.
Over the years, Sherry has worked with several respected organisations and under accomplished leadership teams, including Monster, Hindustan Times, and leading recruitment and consultancy firms with operations across India, the UK and Europe.
Her experience extends well beyond talent acquisition. Throughout her career, she has played an active role in business growth, client acquisition, revenue generation and strategic relationship development—building and expanding client portfolios, identifying new avenues for growth, and creating long-term partnerships that deliver commercial value.
